Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية دور مسرح الجريمة والطب الشرعي في الكشف عن الجريمة، و معرفة أهميتها في الكشف عن أنماط الجرائم المجتمعية المرتكبة في المجتمع الأردني من خلال تحليل وجهة نظر عينة من العاملين في البحث الجنائي الأردني.
اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب العينة و استخدام أداة الاستبيان لتحقيق أهدافها، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في إدارة البحث الجنائي مديرية الأمن العام في الأردن، و البالغ عددهم الاجمالي نحو (1289) ضابط و ضابط صف و أفراد، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (176) ضابط و ضابط صف و أفراد تم اختيارهم من ثلاث محافظات أردنية بواقع (44) من محافظة المفرق، و (101) من محافظة العاصمة ، و (31) من محافظة الكرك، و اعتمدت الدراسة في تحليل البيانات على البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS و استخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي و التحليلي، و استخدام تحليل التباين الأحادي و اختبار ت" للعينات المستقلة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى فاعلية دور مسرح الجريمة في الكشف عن ملابسات حدوث الجريمة في المجتمع الاردني جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث بلغ الوسط الحسابي لإجابات عينة الدراسة من العاملين في البحث الجنائي (3.701)، و أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى فاعلية دور الطب الشرعي في الكشف عن ملابسات حدوث الجريمة في المجتمع الاردني جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة و بلغ الوسط الحسابي الإجابات عينة الدراسة من العاملين في البحث الجنائي .(3.761) و بناء على نتائج الدراسة فقد تم صياغة العديد من التوصيات من أهمها السعي نحو بذل مزيد من الجهود في مجال تفعيل دور مسرح الجريمة في الكشف عن الجرائم.
English Abstract
The study goal is to identify the role of crime scenes and forensic medicine in revealing crime, and to know its importance in discovering behaviors of societal crimes committed in Jordanian society by analyzing the opinions of a sample of criminal investigation officers in Jordan.
The study based on the social survey methodology using the sample method and using the questionnaire to achieve its objectives.
The study people consisted of employees in the Criminal Investigation Department - Public Security Directorate in Jordan, whose total number is about (1289) officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals in various Jordanian governorates in Jordan.
The study consisted of (176) officers, noncommissioned officers, and individuals, who were selected from three Jordanian governorates: (44) from Mafraq Governorate, (101) from the Amman Governorate, and (31) from Karak Governorate.
The study based on data analysis on the SPSS statistical program by using descriptive methods and analytical statistics, using single-test analysis of variance and T-test for independent samples.
The results were that the level of effectiveness of the role of the crime scene in discovering the circumstances of the occurrence of crime in the Jordanian society was of a high degree, as the arithmetic mean of the answers of the study sample of criminal investigation officers reached (3.701), in addition the results showed that the level of effectiveness of the role of forensic medicine in detecting the circumstances of the occurrence of the crime in the Jordanian society came in a high degree, and the arithmetic mean of the study sample answers from the criminal investigation officers reached (3,761).
And based on the results of the study, many recommendations were formulated, the most important of which is to strive for more efforts in the field of activating the role of crime scenes in uncovering crimes
