This research aims to study the applications of language policy in Algeria, by studying the efforts of Saleh Belaid in the field of educational reform ; therefore, we titled this study with : linguistic policy between educational reform and language deterioration (Saleh Belaid’s opinions and solutions), given that Saleh Belaid is a man of educational and linguistic reform in Algeria.

the most important opinions that contribute to the success of educational reform in general and language policy in particular, and we have come to the conclusion that Saleh Belaid is a great figure in the field of educational reform through his research, and the guardianship must take these opinions and strive to achieve them.
