Abstract EN

This research paper aims to highlight one of Algeria’s reformist symbols, “Sheikh Tayeb al-Akbi”, through which its role and educational and educational fields, and focus on the methods used to embody their reform work in the defense of Islamic religion and Arabic, as well the perceptions of the Sufi, and to address brute colonial policy, using the appropriate historical approach to count the events and the historical facts report on the reform of the disadvantage of the disadvantage, where we will address the translation of this mark, then address various methods and reform activities.

the following results have been reached : the reform principles called for by the pioneers has been comprehensive principles.

the religious reform is represented in its jurisdiction and priority and political reform in its political and social reform, and social reform through the Islamic charity society.

the educational cultural reform was represented in directed to the Islamic youth school.

in the light of these results, the study proposes attention and orientation to the study of prominent figures in Algeria’s reform movement, because the study of the media and their efforts are also important to maintain their balance and reform.
