Arabic Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى بيان دور النقابات المهنية الاردنية في الاحتجاجات الشعبية الاردنية خلال الفترة 2010-2020 قامت الدراسة على فرضية ان هنالك أثر واضح للنقابات المهنية كجماعة ضغط في الحركات الاحتجاجية في الاردن، و حاولت الاجابة على سؤالها المحوري التالي : ما هو دور النقابات المهنية الاردنية في الاحتجاجات الشعبية الاردنية 2010 - 2020 ؟ .

تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و المنهج المؤسسي، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى صحة الفرضية و الإجابة عن سؤالها.

توصلت الدراسة الى الاستنتاجات التالية : طغى الدور الوطني و السياسي على الدور المهني للنقابات، تراوحت مشاركة النقابات المهنية في الاحتجاجات الاردنية بين التنسيق و المشاركة والقيادة، تبعا للظروف المحلية و الاقليمية و للقيادات النقابية في تلك المرحلة ادت النقابات المهنية دور مهم في خدمة النظام السياسي خلال الاحتجاجات من خلال تخفيف حدتها واستيعابها و منع انزلاقها للفوضى .

و تطلبت الاستنتاجات عدة توصيات أهمها على الحكومات الاردنية السماح بمزيد من حرية الرأي و خاصة بين فئة الشباب و الابتعاد عن الملاحقة الامنية لهم، على قادة النقابات استثمار حالة الثقة الشعبية المتحققة للنقابات من خلال قيادة أي حراك سياسي يهدف لتحقيق مزيد من الاصلاحات السياسية و الاقتصادية، يحسن ان تكون العلاقة بين النقابات و الحكومات علاقة تكامل وليست علاقة تنافس، يجب على الحكومات عدم حصر دور النقابات في الأمور المهنية فقط.

English Abstract

The study aims to clarify the role of Jordanian professional unions in the Jordanian popular protests during the period 2010-2020, the study was based on the assumption that there is a clear impact of professional unions as a pressure group in the protest movements in Jordan, and the study is concerned with answering its following central question: What is the role of trade unions Professionalism as a pressure group in the Jordanian popular protests 2010-2020? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, answer its central question, and to verify the validity of the hypothesis, the descriptive, analytical, and institutional approach was used, The study concluded with the validity of the hypothesis and the answer to its question.

The study reached the following conclusions: The national and political role prevailed over the professional role of the trade unions.

The participation of professional unions in the Jordanian protests ranged between coordination, participation and leadership, depending on the local and regional circumstances and the trade union leaderships at that stage.

Professional unions played an important role in serving the political system during the protests through Ease, absorb, and prevent clutter from sliding into clutter.

The conclusions called for several recommendations, the most important of which are: The Jordanian governments should allow more freedom of opinion, especially among the youth, and move away from the security pursuit of them.

The union leaders should invest in the state of popular confidence achieved for the unions by leading any political movement aimed at achieving more political and economic reforms.

The relationship between unions and governments is a relationship of complementarity and not a relationship of competition.

Governments should not limit the role of unions to professional matters only.
