تقوم فكرة البحث على زج الضحایا واشراكهم مع النظام فی تحقیق العدالة الجنائیة و خلق فكرة جدیدة فی تحقیق العدالة الجنائیة تقوم على اساس الرضا و القبول بالعدالة ن النظام من خلال اشتراكهم مع النظام فی تحقیق العدالة الجنائیة.
هذا الاشتراك و التفاعل مع النظام فی الإجراءات الجنائیة المتخذة من قبل النظام تجعل الضحایا یشعرون بالقبول و الرضا بهذه الإجراءات و لیس الاذعان لما یقرره النظام.
بهذا حاول الباحث ایجاد معاییر لتحقیق التفاعل و الاشتراك مع النظام فی تحقیق العدالة الجنائیة، كما حاول تطبیق هذه المعاییر على عینة مختارة من ضحایا الارهاب فی الموصل من مختلف الادیان و القومیات و المستوى العلمی و مستوى الدخل و الجنس.
وقد توصل الباحث الى نتائج مهمة من شأنها ان تغیر نظام العدالة الجنائیة من الامر و التنفیذ الى الرضا و التفاعل و القبول من خلال اشتراكهم فی تحقیق هذه العدالة.
وقد قدم الباحث جملة من التوصیات تساعد فی تطبیق هذا النظام الجدید من العدالة الجنائیة.
Abstract EN
The idea of the research is based on involving the victims of terrorism in achieving criminal justice and creating a new idea based on the victims’ satisfaction and acceptance of the justice provided by the system through their participation in the procedures.
This participation and interaction of victims in the criminal procedures taken by the court makes the victims feel satisfied with the procedures and not only submitting to what is decided by the court.
This case study addresses an important question related to how victims’ interaction and participation in the procedures could contribute to achieving criminal justice.
For this purpose, the study selected a sample of terrorism victims in Mosul city of different religious, ethnic, educational gender background.
