The twentieth century is the golden period of the studies of linguistic in Algeria ; a leading class of Algerian linguists has emerged, whose linguistic aspirations have been diversified between the saturation of the ancient Arab heritage with an awareness of its foundations and the awareness of its applications, and the openness to the new western linguistic studies ; like professor Mokhtar Nuweat, who is a teaching, education, and of the modern contemporary linguistics, he has provided quality additions to the Arabic-linguistic lesson in many branches such as the eloquence, the achievement of heritage books, terminology, translation, and more.
