the tradition of Imam al-Shafii reflects a bright picture for the Arabic Islamic identity and its great heritage as he became a prominent person, guiding lighthouse, and rich sea where from a large number of researchers, scholars and interested people can draw from.

the current research addressed the patterns of conditional clause in Imam al-Shafii's collection of poems and its various uses with what that may influence the meaning since they were used widely in this collection of poems, which imply original language richness and deep science.

the research browses the most prominent condition tools and the patterns in which they were used.

It was found by studying the condition tools within al-Shafii's collection of poems and its various patterns that they reflect distinguishes styles of the Arabic language.

the research showed the variation in the levels of using the condition tools as well as their patterns in the collection of poems ranging from high to moderate to low where some of these tools were not used.
