Contemporary Algerian discourse has known varied forms of expression.

this is due to the different angles of views of the speakers and their different specializations, and this is what has produced for us many forms of speeches, such as polemical speech, press speech and judicial speech, which is the subject of our research.

accordingly, this research aims to study the judicial discourse an argumentative stud.

Among the results reached through this study is that the argumentation in the judicial discourse discuss what is relative and probable, and that it is based on participation and cooperation in order to reach a solution.
