Abstract EN

This study aims to know the reality of quality of work life’s application in food industries’ firms in Constantine through analyzing their workers’ attitudes.

to realize this objective, a purposive sample of 425 workers was chosen from these firms to answer the questionnaire.

the study shows that there is an average level of quality of work life’s application in the sample’s firms based on its two dimensions: structural dimension and professional dimension successively according to its impact which was a significant.

in addition, there are no significant differences in workers’ attitudes towards quality of work life referred to personnel variables gender, age and experience.

however, there are a significant differences attributed to the learning level and month revenue.
