The criminal judge exercises his social role on the community organization ,as this role is to study the personality of the offender from all its psychological, mental ,physical ,family and social aspects and in the light of the result of this study, the appropriate measure is decided for him and this role is clear in the event that the offender 'juvenile' .

The importance of this role is increased by the judge ,but this task needs tools, the most important of which is the presence of an office to study the situation of juvenile at a level of competence and special courts to try juvenile delinquents and specialized judges, as well as special guarantees for this age group because it is a special category , in addition to granting the juvenile judge sufficient discretion in order for this role to appear the result by taking appropriate measures with the case of the delinquent juvenile and avoiding negative effects as much as possible.
