BY the importance of the strategic orientation and its impact on the company’s decisions, we decided, through this study, to show the impact of the strategic orientation on adopting or achieving social responsibility in the organization.

To achieve the objectives of this study, 70 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of the Naftal Corporation, 55 of which were retrieved, with a turnover rate of 78%.

After entering the data into the SPSS program and processing it, it was found that there is a significant effect at the level of 0.05 between the strategic orientation and the dimensions of social responsibility (the environmental dimension, the economic dimension, the social dimension and the charitable dimension), and this relationship is in agreement with the economic theory.

The study also included a set of recommendations.
