Abstract EN

The study aimed to shed light on the reality and challenges of implementing the distance education policy under exceptional circumstances imposed by the epidemiological situation as a result of the outbreak of the Corona virus, and to know the extent to which this policy contributes to achieving the continuity of university education, Highlighting the Algerian experience and identifying the most important obstacles that accompanied the implementation of the distance education policy, and what it achieved as an alternative to the traditional, method in order to develop its outputs in the future.
