Abstract EN

This study aims to determine and know the extent to which the financial failure of companies can be predicted, through the use of quantitative analysis models to predict financial failure (Beaver, Altman, Kida) on Al -Rowad company for Industries and Services, which relied on some indicators and financial ratios extracted from the financial statements and reports for the financial years of the study.

In the period 2017-2020, which helps to take appropriate decisions to correct its financial position and early prediction of financial failure before it occurs.

The study concluded that all the models applied to the institution in this period predicted its financial failure, and therefore it is subject to risks and bankruptcy.
