Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of psychological flow among psychologists working with those affected psychologically by the Corona pandemic, the level of professional competence of psychologists working with those affected psychologically by the pandemic, and the relationship between psychological flow and professional competence among psychologists, psychologists working with those affected psychologically by the Corona pandemic.

the study consisted of 80 psychologists, and the researchers used the following tools : the psychological flow scale and the professional competence scale prepared by the researchers.

the results resulted in : 1-the average total degree of psychological flow among psychologists working with those affected psychologically by the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) is 3.617 (out of 5 total degree) with a relative weight of 72.3% and this level is considered a high level according to the test.

2-the average total degree of professional competence of psychologists working with those affected psychologically by the Corona (Covid 19) pandemic is 3.704 (out of 5 total degree) with a relative weight of 74.1% and this level is considered a high level according to the test used in the study.

3-the significance level of the correlation coefficient between the degree of psychological flow and the total degree of professional competence was less than 0.05, and that the correlation coefficient was positive, which indicates the existence of a direct statistically significant relationship between the total degree of psychological flow and the total degree of professional competence.
