Abstract EN

This study deals with the phenomenon of the political interpretation of the religious text in Islam or the politicization of the transcendent and politic transcendence, and the reasons that led the religious ideology to that, proposing the model of the Kharijites in their interpretation of the religious text according to political determinants that govern the Arab political mind.

This study faces the Jabiri's strategy which makes him expose the tyranny and its foundations within what he calls the interpretation of the heritage.
