Abstract EN

The present study investigated the Conflict Management Among Faculty Members at Yarmouk University and m their point view.

A randomly selected sample of the study consisted of (200) Faculty Members , (145) male, (65) female from yarmouk university.

For the purpose of data collection, a seventeen - paragraph questionnaire was developed to measure Conflict Management, and a thirteen – paragraph questionnaire was developed to measure Performance.

The obtained data was analyzed.

Findings of the study revealed that: The conflict management level among faculty members at Yarmouk University was high, with the mean of (3.71) for the dimension as a whole, and with a standard deviation of (0.241),The professional performance level among faculty members at Yarmouk University was high, with the mean of (3.76) for the whole dimension, and with a standard deviation of (0.690).The existence of a statistically significant positive correlative relationship between the two variables, with a correlation coefficient of (0.320).
