Since the outbreak of the blessed Liberation Révolution on the night of November 1954 AD, the Algerian people have demonstrated their cooperation, sympathy, and response to the call of the National Liberation Front, which calls for the need for the people to rally around the revolution, embrace it, support it, and sacrifice themselves for Algeria’s independence and the expulsion of the French occupier, as the Algerian people did not hesitate to respond to this call.

He demonstrated his absolute support for the revolution on more than one occasion, and the best evidence of this was his taking to the streets in large demonstrations in rejection of General de Gaulle's policy on December 11, 1960 AD, in response to the call of the National Liberation Front and in rejection of the saying "Algeria is Algerian" that de Gaulle brought as a new project to abort the liberation revolution.

This study aims to shed light on the demonstrations of December 11, 1960 and the public role that stood in the face of de Gaulle's maneuvers and expressed this in demonstrations that included most of the states of the country, and these demonstrations confirmed the cohesion of the Algerian people around the revolution
