This research revolves around «the rights of people with autism in Islamic law», this disorder that affects how a person distinguishes and deals with others at the social level, causing problems in social communication, and that the Islamic religion has taken care of all members of society alike.

If God Almighty wants some of His creation to suffer from problems in mental abilities and difficulty in understanding and perception, then He legislated rights for them over society, and made for them the legal rulings that are commensurate with their situation, and this research came to clarify the nature of this disability, its causes, characteristics and what is related to their rights to coexist with The Muslim community as an indivisible fabric.
