The system of enjoining good and forbidding evil is the mission that God sent all the prophets for.

In particular, it is (Wilayat al-Hisbah), on which is based on enjoining good and forbidding evil, and Sharia has distributed responsibilities to all segments of society, taking into account that gradation, as we will explain it to include individuals, family, shepherds and subjects, each according to his ability and responsibility.

The aspired purpose for which the Islamic state was found, which distinguishes it from other states and governments, and with it confirms the role of the nation as a guide, the role of the group as a guardian, and the role of the individual as an individual responsibility before God for carrying out his religious, moral and social duty, so that the oversight body becomes especially effective, as Sharia distributed responsibilities to All categories of society to include individuals, families, shepherds and parishioners, each according to his ability and responsibility.

The collection of Islamic states, rather the individual social, political and religious responsibilities, has been initiated to achieve this, and under this important principle falls control of all kinds, such as health and commercial control, inspection in endowments, supervision in education, integrity, and municipal control, all marital and social responsibilities of all kinds and divisions.

And the denial of the evil has levels and controls, as the prohibition of the evil is dependent on the ability and ability.
