تخلص الدراسة إلى بحث الأسس و المبادئ لطرق الإثبات في القضاء مثل الشروط وأنواع طرق الإثبات التي تتنوع إلى قطعي وظني، و من نتائج البحث أن طرق الإثبات ليست كلها قطعية بل أغلبها ظني و لكن يجب على القاضي العمل بها، و يوصي الباحث بدراسة مسائل طرق الإثبات القضائي لأنها مهمة و يحتاجها المحامون و القضاة في سبيل الوصول إلى العدل.
Abstract EN
Research on the foundations and principles of methods of proof in the judiciary, such as conditions and types of methods of proof.
one of the results of the research is that the methods of proof are not all definitive.
the researcher recommends studying the issues of judicial proof methods because they are important and needed by lawyers and judges.
