تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير تقلبات أسعار النفط على السياسة المالية في الجزائر بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية بين 1990 و 2020، و ذلك بدراسة المتغيرات المتمثلة في الإنفاق الحكومي والدين الخارجي، و الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، و عوائد النفط، بإتباع منهجية الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة ardl اختبار الحدود و كذلك اختبار دورية السياسة المالية.
و خلصت إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة المدى بين أسعار النفط و باقي المتغيرات، و وجود استجابة للإنفاق الحكومي لتغيرات في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بالإضافة إلى إتباع الجزائر لسياسة مالية دورية.
Abstract EN
The studyaims to know the extent of the impact of oil price fluctuations on the financial policy in Algeria based on annual data limited between 1990 and 2020 by studying the variables represented in government spending (GOV), external debt (DT), gross domestic product (GDP) and revenues (Oil) By following the auto regressive methodology of distributed delay periods ardl bound test as well as the fiscal policy periodicity test.
I concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between oil prices and the rest of the variables and the presence of government spending in response to changes in GDP in addition to Algeria's followup to a periodic fiscal policy
