Medicine is a science of great stature and of great benefits.

In its goals is a message and in its practice is a profession.

This is what distinguishes Medicine from other professions, for the honor of what is required is as much as the honor of its results, and its goodness is magnified by the abundance of its benefits.

The contemplator of contemporary reality finds great importance in the issues related to the doctor and his patient, especially with regard to medical secrets.

Patients reveal their secrets to doctors voluntarily, because they have confidence in them.

So I chose to study this important topic (Disclosure of Medical Secret: A Fiqhi study).

The most important characteristic of the medical profession is the doctor’s relationship with his patient.

The patient presents to his doctor his greatest secrets, hoping that this will contribute to speedy access to the appropriate treatment for him.
