هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس و تحليل أثر الاقتصاد الموازي على الموارد العامة في الجزائر باستخدام نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي VAR خلال الفترة 1990-2018، و يستند هذا القياس و التحليل إلى البيانات السنوية للاقتصاد الموازي.
و ذلك بالاستعانة على برنامج القياس الاقتصاديEViews9 و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن : حجم الاقتصاد الموازي يمارس تأثيرا سلبيا على الموارد العامة في الفترة المدروسة و هذا مطابق للنظرية للاقتصادية.
دلت النتائج على وجود علاقة عكسية بين الاقتصاد الموازي و الموارد العامة، فأي ارتفاع في حجم الاقتصاد الموازي ب 1% سيؤدي إلى انخفاض الموارد العامة ب 41.10.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to measure and analyse the impact of the parallel economy on public resources in Algeria using the Vector autoregression Model (VAR) during the period 1990-2018, this measurement and analysis is based on the annual data of the informal economy, using the EViews9 program.The study concluded that: The size of the informal economy has a negative impact on public resources in the studied period, and this is consistent with the economic theory.
- The results indicate an inverse relationship between the informal economy and public resources, i.e.
any increase in the informal economy’s size by 1% will lead to a decrease in public resources by 10.41%
