This research contains an applied fundamental study of one of the most important legal jurisprudence rules namely "Reciprocity and its judicial Applications".

One of the most important objectives of the research is to draw the attention of researchers specialized in judicial studies to this rule "in terms of Foundation and Application.

Furthermore, the study aims to identify the importance of this rule and its connection to The rules of the judiciary and the purposes of Sharia, as well as mentioning evidences of it from the Qur’an and Sunnah that shows its legitimacy and permissibility to work with it under specific controls.
