Abstract EN

This research deals with certain issues in which the Imam gives an opinion which is contrary to what he is expected to give to approve of and issue legal rulings for the fact that when he issues a legal ruling, he does not do that because of any whims or personal, national or societal rationales but rather he does so depending on legal evidence around which he revolves.

The paper deals with a number of issues such as marriage liability, selling Meca houses, use of water for purification, the two Rec'a prayer after sunset.

The paper shows the scholars' (May Allah have mercy on them) opinions regarding these issues and that the Imam does not issue any ruling out of personal opinion or national motive.
