Abstract EN

The Arab region has recently seen convoys of forced migrants flee from the hell of armed conflict for different destinations.

Large numbers of children have marched in fragile bodies, leaving behind schools, toys and dreams.

This study is based on the suffering and poor conditions of displaced Arab children.

It seeks to uncover the nature of the international protection afforded by international law to these groups, with a view to measuring the chances of making such protection effective in the current situation, Focusing on specimens along the lines of the Yemeni situation as a model for internally displaced Arab children and the Syrian situation as a model for refugee Arab children crossing international borders.
