The Algerian legislator latest under law number 15-12 of July 15, 2015 regarding the protection of the child two rights that he added to the list of children's rights, namely the right to respect for his private life cited in the article 3 of the said law; and the right to express his views freely cited in the article 8 of the same law, and both of them are not suitable for the child’s life within his family, because the first affects the parents’ right to a good upbringing of him, the second is that the child is not able to bear the consequences, and both of them violate the provisions of Islamic Sharia, which requires reviewing them.
