Abstract EN

The success of the regional balance policy is a fundamental gain for any state٫ and it’s a reflection of the state power and practices in its central and decentralized form٫ therefore taking care of the population, providing their various needs, and expanding the public services would achieve basic outputs, most notably development in its various forms.

Algeria is one of the countries that aims to achieve a policy regional balance, through the adoption of a national strategy based on development plans, most notably the national plan for preparing the region, which contained many different programs and challenges aimed at creating balance between the regions of the country, reducing existing differences, and improving the requirements and needs of the different population, which we will explain in this study.
