In the time of corona, this element has been violated by air carriers in implementation of the containment strategy, therefore the issue of compensating passengers by assigning responsibility of the air carrier as a result of its failure to comply the predetermined dates in the transport contract, requires us to legally assess the Corona pandemic as a health emergency to prove or deny Air carrier's responsibility for delays.
