Recent jurisprudence-depending on what the judiciary has settled-has established a new view of the responsibility of legal professionals.

this new vision has passed the traditional division of civil responsibility.

it stresses the independence of the professional responsibility and its specificity on the one hand, and the shortcomings of the previous provisions, their inadequacy, and encompassing all legal obligations on the other hand.

therefore, the present study will identify the various professional obligations created by the comparative judiciary.

it strives to highlight the requirements for the accountability of professional especially, when legislation has been affected by this and has provided legal professionals with common obligations, of a special nature, of some severity and rigor, as compared to other obligations under the general rules.
