يعد التقاضي الإلكتروني من المصطلحات و المفاهيم الحديثة التي لم تظهر إلا قبيل سنوات من انتشار مصطلح الحكومة الإلكترونية، فهو عبارة عن تنظيم تقني معلوماتي ثنائي الوجود بين شبكة الربط الدولية تتمثل في تكنولوجيا الاتصالات و بين مبنى الجهاز القضائي في إطار عصرنة العدالة، لتحقيق انعكاس إيجابي على عملية التقاضي بصفة عامة و تحقيق العدالة بين المواطنين بصفة خاصة و النهوض بقطاع قضائي حديث و متطور و مواكب للعصر الحالي.
Abstract EN
Electrinic litigation is one of the modern tems and concepts that did not appear until years before the spread of the term e-government.
in general, the achievement of justice among citizens in particular, and the advancement of a modern and developed judicial sector that is in line with the current era.
