Abstract EN

According to the principle of distinction between follow up and discipline announced in the executive decree : 20-199 through article 73 from command 06-03 of the organization of administrative equal member committees rules met as disciplinary board which is the subject of this study and that aim at highlighting the created provision which control the construction process and the formation of these comities, in addition to highlighting the new actions mentioned in the executive decree 20-199.

through this framework that came to several conclusions among them: cancelling decrees 84-10 and 84-11 and these communities contain permanent and additional members.
