In e-commerce users can be reresented by smart softwares that concludes contracts in their name and all its effects are attributed to them, as the question began about whether the will expressed in the concluded contract is the will of the program or the will of the user, so this study sought to identify the party responsible for the contract concluded using smart softwares.

and it concluded that the law's view of smart contracting programs is traditional and does not pay attention to the technological development it has reached, nor to the important role it plays when using it for contracting.
