The study aims to clarify the role of international conventions and instruments in confronting the crime of trafficking in human organs, and to highlight the concept of this crime and its related characteristics, elements and elements.

the results of the study came to the conclusion that the international conventions' ability to combat human organ trafficking is relative, especially since they address only the parties to it and in terms that are not mandatory to some extent, just as international human rights instruments are nothing but UN resolutions that represent guiding rules for the formulation of human rights in the world, and therefore we recommend the creation of binding and effective international mechanisms that require international responsibility for those who violate their provisions in order to curb the phenomenon of human organ trafficking.
