This article aims to clarify the importance of licensing to exploit the facility classified in controlling economic activity at the national level in accordance with a view on sustainable development, by addressing the administrative license and the procedures for granting it, in addition to exposure to the authorization of exploitation of these facilities, and the legal implications for that license, all through the study and analysis of the legal texts governing this area, particularly 06 / 08 and law 04 / 02 as well as law 03 / 10, relying on the analytical approach of those texts, to reach finally, this license is an important measure in the exploitation of fair enterprises.
