Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the most important difficulties facing the schools of challenge and resilience and their relationship with motivation towards schoolwork among teachers.

the researchers used the descriptive-analytical approach and the qualitative method.

to collect data; two questionnaires were prepared to measure the level of difficulties and to measure the level of motivation towards schoolwork; the tool was administered to (160) male and female headmasters, who work in the schools of resilience and challenge in Hebron governorate.

they were chosen randomly.

the results of the study found that the level of difficulties got a high degree.

the level of motivation towards schoolwork got a medium degree.

the results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the averages of the samples’ responses towards the difficulties facing the schools of challenge and resilience.

the relationship with motivation towards schoolwork for its teachers attributed to years of experience in favor of individuals whose years of experience are less than five years.

there are no statistically significant differences due to variables (nature of work, gender).

it turns out that there is also a negative correlation between the level of difficulties and the level of motivation among teachers in the schools of resilience and challenge.

in the light of these results, some recommendations and suggestions were presented.
