تعد السلطة ظاهرة اجتماعية أهتم بها الإنسان مند القدم، لكن هذا الاهتمام أختلف من عصر إلى آخر، فقد تطور مفهوم السلطة عبر العصور من مفهوم نسقي سياسي إلى مفهوم اجتماعي تنظيمي، لاسيما بعد الثورة الصناعية و ظهور المؤسسات الكبرى و النمو و المكننة السريعة التي عرفتها.
و من أجل فهم و شرح ظاهرة السلطة وكيف تمارس داخل التنظيم، فقد حظيت علاقات السلطة و القوة في علاقتها بالسلوك القيادي بالعديد من الدراسات و الأبحاث و التي تناولت الجوانب المختلفة التي تربط بينهما، حيث حاولت العديد من الاتجاهات النظرية أن تطور نماذج مختلفة تربط بين أساليب ممارسة السلطة و السلوك القيادي داخل التنظيم، و ذلك وفق مقاربات شاملة ووجهات نظر مختلفة.
و سوف نسعى من خلال مقالنا هذا تقديم مقاربة سوسيولوجية لمختلف الاتجاهات النظرية، التي تناولت السلطة و السلوك القيادي و مختلف الجوانب المتعلقة بها
Abstract EN
Power is a social phenomenon in which man has been interested since ancient times, but this interest has varied from time to time, because the concept of power has evolved through the ages from a concept of political coordination to a concept of social organization, especially after the industrial revolution and the emergence of major institutions, rapid growth and mechanization.
In order to understand and explain the phenomenon of power and how it is exercised within the organization, the relationship of power and power in its relation to leadership behavior has benefited from numerous studies and research dealing with different aspects connecting them, where many theoretical tendencies have attempted to develop different models linking the methods of exercising power and leadership behavior within the organization.
Organize, according to global approaches and different points of view.
We will seek through this article to provide a sociological approach to the different theoretical trends that deal with power and behavior of leadership and the various aspects related to it.

Le pouvoir est un phénomène social auquel l'homme s'intéresse depuis les temps anciens, mais cet intérêt a varié d'une époque à l'autre, car le concept de pouvoir a évolué à travers les âges d'un concept de coordination politique à un concept d'organisation sociale, en particulier après la révolution industrielle et l'émergence d'institutions majeures, la croissance et la mécanisation rapide.
Afin de comprendre et d'expliquer le phénomène du pouvoir et comment il s'exerce au sein de l'organisation, les relations de pouvoir et de puissance dans sa relation avec le comportement de leadership a bénéficié de nombreuses études et recherches traitant de différents aspects qui les relient, où de nombreuses tendances théoriques ont tenté de développer différents modèles liant les méthodes d'exercice du pouvoir et le comportement de leadership au sein de l'organisation.
Organiser, selon des approches globales et différents points de vue.
Nous chercherons à travers cet article à fournir une approche sociologique des différentes tendances théoriques qui traitent du pouvoir et du comportement de leadership et des divers aspects qui y sont liés.
