Arabic Abstract

يرمي هذا البحث إلى دراسة وجهة نظر المعلمين حول استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في عملية التعليمية للمدارس الأساسية في محافظة أربيل، إقليم كردستان عراق، في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة الشهادة، وموقع المدرسة ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاستدلالي، حيث تم إعداد استبيان مكون من 67 فقرة لقياس وجهات النظر المعلمين موزعة على أربعة محاور.

وتم توزيع 300 استبيان للمدارس في داخل وخارج محافظة أربيل بنحو عشوائي وكانت نسبة المشاركة الفعلية 53%.

لمعالجة وتحليل البيانات تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS.

بعد المعالجة الإحصائية تبين النتائج ما يأتي: وجهة نظر معلمي المراحل الأساسية حول استخدام التكنولوجيا التعليم بنحو عام وفي الصفوف كان محايدا وبتقييم متوسط، وجهة نظر معلمي المراحل الأساسية حول استخدام التكنولوجيا التعليم في العملية التعليمية كان موافقا وبتقييم عالي أما بالنسبة إلى مستوى معرفة معلمي المراحل الأساسية حول استخدام تكنولوجيا تعليم وتطبيقها كان درجة قليلة وعدد مرات استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم كان ذات مستوى متوسط وتبين أن عدم مشاركة معلمي المراحل الأساسية لأخذ دورات تعليمية وتأهيلية كان النسبة اعلى من مشاركتهم هذه الدورات، وتبين انه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول استخدام معلمي المراحل الأساسية تكنولوجيا التعليم في العملية التعليمية وفي الصفوف تبعا لمتغير النوع، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول استخدام معلمي المراحل الأساسية تكنولوجيا التعليم بنحو عام، في الصفوف وفي العملية التعليمية تبعا للمتغير موقع المدرسة.

وبذلك استنتجت أنه عدم تلقي المعلمين لدورات تعليمية وتأهيلية حول استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم وبالأخص الحاسوب أثرت سلبا في وجهات نظرهم حول استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في الصف وكذلك استخدامه في العملية التعليمية، وبذلك من الضروري تزويد المدارس بالمستلزمات تكنولوجيا التعليم ومن ضمنها الحاسوب وتوفير الدورات التأهيلية التعليمية حول أهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في الصفوف وفي العملية التعليمية لما لها الدور فعال في تسريع وإيصال المادة العلمية إلى الطلبة بنحو سريع وفعال.

English Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the teachers' viewpoint on the use of educational technology in the educational process of primary schools in the Erbil governorate, Kurdistan region-Iraq, in the light of the variables of gender, academic qualification, experience, certificate, and school location.

to achieve the goal of the research, the descriptive and inferential approach was used, where a questionnaire consisting of 67 items was prepared to measure teachers' views, distributed over four axes.

300 questionnaires were distributed to schools inside and outside Erbil governorate randomly, and the actual participation rate was 53%.

for data processing and analysis, the SPSS statistical program was used.

after the statistical treatment, the results show the following: the point of view of the teachers of the basic stages about the use of educational technology in general and in the classroom was neutral and with an average evaluation, the point of view of the teachers of the basic stages about the use of educational technology in the educational process was in agreement and with a high evaluation, as for the level of knowledge of the basic stages teachers about the use and application of educational technology was of a low degree and the number of times the use of educational technology was of an average level.

it was found that the lack of participation of the teachers of the basic stages to take educational and rehabilitation courses was a higher percentage than their participation in these courses, and it was found that there are no statistically significant differences about the use of educational technology by teachers of the basic stages in the educational process and in the classroom according to the variable of gender, and there are no statistically significant differences about the use of educational technology by teachers of basic stages in general, in the classroom and in the educational process according to the variable of the school location.

thus, I concluded that the teachers’ failure to receive educational and rehabilitation courses on the use of educational technology, especially the computer, negatively affected their views on the use of educational technology in the classroom as well as its use in the educational process.

educational technology in the classroom and in the educational process because it has an effective role in accelerating and delivering scientific material to students in a fast and effective manner.
