Arabic Abstract

هدف البحث التعرف إلى مستوى التنمر الإلكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدى طلبة أقسام الحاسبات في جامعة الموصل، من خلال الإجابة عن السؤال: ما مستوى التنمر الإلكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدى طلبة أقسام الحاسبات في جامعة الموصل؟ ومنه تم صياغة ثلاث فرضيات هي: لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في متوسط التنمر الإلكتروني تبعا للمتغيرات النوع (ذكور-إناث)، المرحلة (الثانية-الرابعة)، الكلية (الهندسة، علوم الحاسوب والرياضيات التربية للعلوم الصرفة)، وتكونت عينته من (116) طالب وطالبة موزعين بالتساوي على أقسام الحاسبات في الكليات الهندسة، علوم الحاسوب والرياضيات، التربية للعلوم الصرفة في المرحلتين الثانية والرابعة ولتحقيق هدف البحث والإجابة عن أسئلته تم بناء أداة لقياس التنمر الإلكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والتي تكونت بصيغتها النهائية من (35) فقرة خماسية البدائل أبدا نادرا، أحيانا، غالبا دائما)، وتم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة.

وبعد تطبيق أداة البحث وجمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا أظهرت النتائج امتلاك طلبة أقسام الحاسبات في جامعة الموصل مستوى ضعيف من التنمر الإلكتروني، ووجود فروق دالة معنويا في متوسط التنمر الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغير النوع ولصالح الذكور، وعدم وجودها تبعا لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية، ووجود فروق دالة معنويا في متوسط التنمر الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغير الكلية ولصالح كلية علوم الحاسوب والرياضيات.

وفي ضوء تلك النتائج خرج الباحثان بعدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات.

English Abstract

The research aims to identify the level of electronic bullying through social media among students of computer departments at the university of Mosul, by answering the question: what is the level of electronic bullying through social media sites for students of computer departments at the university of Mosul? zero hypothesis was formulated: there is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) in the average of electronic bullying according to the variables, gender (male-female), class (second-fourth), college (engineering-computer science and mathematics-education for pure sciences), the sample consisted of (180) male and female students who are distributed equally across the departments of computers, to achieve the aim of research, a tool was built to measure electronic bullying through social media, which consisted of (35) items with five alternatives (I possess this feature: in very large degree, in great degree, in medium degree, in small degree, in very small degree), and the psychometric properties of the instrument have been confirmed.

after applying the research tool and collecting data and statistically analyzing it, the results showed that students in the departments of computers at Mosul university have an appropriate level of electronic bullying, and there was significant differences in the average of electronic bullying according to the gender variable and in favor of males, and it’s no significant differences according to the variable of the educational stage, and there significant differences in the average electronic bullying according to the variable of the college and in favor of the college of computer science and mathematics.

in light of these results, the researchers came out with a number of conclusions and recommendations.
