Arabic Abstract

يولد جميع الناس أحرارا ومتساوين في الكرامة والحقوق والواجبات وهم قد وهبوا العقل والوجدان وعليهم أن يعاملوا بعضهم بعضا بروح العدل والإخاء.

حيث تعد العدالة والانتماء قيمة من أهم القيم التي كانت ولا تزال موضع اهتمام معظم الفلاسفة والعلماء والمربين على اختلاف العصور، هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى العدالة والمواطنة لدى طلبة الجامعة وهل يوجد فروق بين الجنسين بالعملية التعليمية وتكافؤ الفرص وماهي العلاقة الارتباطية بين المتغيرين.

حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (400) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية، وبعد استكمال إجراءات إعداد المقاييس الخاصة بالبحث وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية: -إن طلبة الجامعة يتمتعون بالعدالة والمواطنة بمستوى مرتفع لمفهوم مبدأ العدالة وتحقيق تكافؤ الفرص في جميع شؤون الحياة العامة ففيها من المرونة ما يسمح لها بمراعاة جميع أحوال الناس والإحساس بالمواطنة، وجود فروق بسيطة في العدالة بين الذكور والإناث ولصالح الذكور، وتحقيق العدالة بين الأفراد لا يجاد نوع من التوازن الاجتماعي الحقيقي، والوصول بالإنسانية إلى نمط اجتماعي أمثل تذوب فيه الفوارق الطبقية ويضمن للإنسان حقوقه لكل الجنسين، وان طلبة الجامعة لديهم شعور عال بالمواطنة، أي أن الطلبة يشعرون بإمكانية التعويل والوثوق بالأخرين ناتج من أساليب التنشئة الاجتماعية وناتج أيضا عن إحساسهم بالصدق والنوايا الحسنة بالأخرين والشعور بالتعاطف والاحترام والتسامح والمحبة تجاه الأخرين مما يولد شعورا بالثقة بالأخرين وارتفاع المواطنة والانتماء، وكانت العلاقة طردية موجبة بين المتغيرين أي كلما ارتفع العدالة ازداد مستوى المواطنة وإحساسهم بالمسؤولية.

وتلخص البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات.

English Abstract

All people are born free and equal in dignity, rights and duties.

they are endowed with reason and conscience, and they should treat one another in a spirit of justice and brotherhood.

where justice and belonging are one of the most important values that were and still are of interest to most philosophers, scientists and educators at different ages, the current research aims to identify the level of justice and citizenship among university students and whether there are gender differences in the educational process and equal opportunities, and what is the correlation between the two variables.

where the research sample consisted of (400) male and female students from the university’s college of education for human sciences, and after completing the procedures for preparing the standards for the research, the researcher reached the following results:- the university students enjoy justice and citizenship at a high level of the concept of the principle of justice and the achievement of equal opportunities in all matters of life the public has flexibility that allows them to take into account all people’s conditions and a sense of citizenship, the existence of simple differences in justice between males and females and in favor of males, and achieving justice between individuals does not create a kind of real social balance, and humanity reaches an optimal social pattern in which class differences are dissolved and human rights are guaranteed for both sexes, and that university students have a high sense of citizenship, meaning that students feel the possibility of dependability and trust in others resulting from the methods of socialization and also resulting from their sense of honesty and good intentions towards others and a feeling of sympathy, respect, tolerance and love towards others, which generates a feeling of trust in others and a rise in citizenship and belonging, and the relationship was positive proportionality between the two variables, that is, the higher the justice, the higher the level of citizenship and their sense of the responsibility.

the research concluded with a set of suggestions and recommendations.
