استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على: 1.
مستوى السهر لدى طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية.
2.
مستوى الاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية.

العلاقة بين السهر وعلاقته بالاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية.

الفروق بالعلاقة بين السهر وعلاقته بالاضطرابات النفسية تبعا لمتغير الجنس.
5.
الفروق بالعلاقة بين السهر وعلاقته بالاضطرابات النفسية تبعا لمتغير القسم (التاريخ-العلوم التربوية والنفسية).
تألفت عينة البحث الأساسية من (140) طالبا وطالبة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية من أقسام الكلية وقد تحقق الباحث من الصدق الظاهري لأداتي البحث بعرضهما على مجموعة من الخبراء المتخصصين في العلوم التربوية والنفسية كما تحقق من ثباته باستعمال معادلة ألفا كرو نباخ لأداتي البحث وقد قام الباحثان باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لبحثهم كمعادلة ألفا كرونباخ ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين الاختبار التائي لدلالة معامل الارتباط والاختبار الزائي.
وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحثان بالتوصيات التالية ومنها: 1.
زيادة وتكثيف الدورات الخاصة بالتوعية من التأثيرات السلبية للسهر على الإنسان.
2.
إعداد برامج وقائية لخفض حالات السهر لدى الطلبة لمالها من مخاطر على الاضطرابات النفسية لديهم مثل (الانتحار، الكأبة).
3.
إعداد برامج إرشادية تعني بصحة الفرد النفسية والجسمية.
كما واقترح الباحثان إجراء دراسات ومنها: 1.
إجراء دراسة تجريبية عن السهر وعلاقته بمتغيرات أخرى.
2.
إجراء دراسة عن العوامل المسببة لحالات السهر لدى عينات مختلفة.
English Abstract
The current research has aimed to identify: 1.
the staying up level for the students of education college of humanitarian sciences, 2.
the psychological disorders level for the students of education college of humanitarian sciences, 3.
the staying up and its relation with psychological disorders for the students of education college of humanitarian sciences, 4.
the differences in the relationship between staying up and psychological disorders according sex variable, 5.
the differences in the relationship between staying up and psychological disorders according department variable (history and psychology).
the main sample of the research consisted of (140) students were chosen randomly from the different departments, the researchers have verified of external verification for the two tools of the research by submitting them to several specialized experts in educational and psychological sciences, also they verified of their stability by using alpha Cronbach equation for the two tools of the research, the researchers have used the suitable statistical means as alpha Cronbach, person correlation coefficient, t test for one sample, t test for two independent samples, t test for the correlation coefficient indication, and z test.
in the light of the these results, the two researchers have recommended the following: 1.
increasing and raising the awareness on the negative effects of staying up, 2.
preparing preventive programs to mitigate staying up for the students, regarding its risk on psychological disorders such as (suicide, and depression), 3.
preparing guide programs regarding the psychological and physical health of the individual, the researchers suggested preparing studies such as: 1.
making experimental study on staying up and its relationship with another variables, 2.
making a study on the caused factors of staying up cases for different samples.
