This study aims to know the extent of the contribution of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit at the level of Biskra State in supporting small and medium enterprises, as the latter is of great importance in the development of the local economy, given its advantages such as the ability to produce goods and services, and increase job opportunities in Competition continued to increase, but it was facing difficulties that hindered it in keeping pace with rapid economic developments.

Therefore, it was necessary for countries, including Algeria, to provide them with various capabilities by establishing networks of support and accompaniment, or what is known as business incubators, most notably the National Agency for Microcredit Management (ANGEM).
