Family mediation is one of the most important alternative ways to resolve family disputes.

It puts an end to conflicts in the shortest time and at the lowest cost and establish a culture of listening, dialogue and tolerance, also, it maintains security and stability within the family in particular and society in general, develops family relations and more than that, relieves the burden on the judiciary.

Algerian and Islamic society has adopted this style since ancient times because his principal goal is resolving family disputes and reconciling spouses instead of separating, protecting the stability and continuity of family life.
