The study aims to test the effectiveness of a psychotherapeutic program to manage a kindergarten child who suffers from separation anxiety.

For this aim, the quasi-experimental approach was used, using the observation network and the separation anxiety scale, A psychotherapeutic program's built upon cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, group play and artistic activities, the study was carried out on five cases, present in the nursery school of Rimas in Relizane, Finally, The study concluded that the treatment program helped the child to accept situations of separation, develop his self-confidence, build social relationships and achieve psychological and social adjustment
