We have conducted an analysis of the elements related to the development of e commerce in the future.

We discovered five global trends shaping the future of e-commerce, where this research paper allows a deep look at the trends of government reforms and practical steps to ensure the alignment of e-commerce in Algeria for future trends.

This research paper proposes a dialectical approach based on inductive descriptive analysis and deductive normative analysis based on analysis and evaluation as a dialectical process, this approach aims to facilitate the evaluation of government reforms regarding e-commerce pursued by Algeria in order to understand the dimensions of practical and strategic measures applied to develop e-commerce in Algeria, by analyzing the trends related to the future of electronic commerce, ensuring its development and improving its use, recommendations were proposed to improve the requirements of information systems that allow ensuring a prosperous future for e-commerce.
