Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي من خلال أبعاده الاستشراف الدافعية الشراكة الرؤية المستقبلية تفكير (النظم) في التطوير التنظيمي في شركة البوتاس العربية.
و اعتمد الباحث منهج البحث الوصفي و المنهج الميداني التحليلي، و على صعيد المنهج الوصفي فقد تم اجراء البحث المكتبي و الاطلاع على الدراسات و البحوث السابقة المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة، و بلغت عينة الدراسة النهائية (128) موظفاً و موظفة و لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية و التحليلية و ذلك باستخدام برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية.
(SPSS.20) و أشارت أهم النتائج الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a ≤0.05) للذكاء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده في التطوير التنظيمي في شركة البوتاس العربية.
و بناء على النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أوصت بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها : ضرورة الاهتمام بالذكاء الاستراتيجي باعتباره مدخل مهم للارتقاء بأداء شركة البوتاس العربية لما له من أثر هام وفعال في جودة القرارات المتعلقة بأهداف الشركة و إحداث التطوير التنظيمي فيها.
English Abstract
This study aimed to know the impact of strategic intelligence through its dimensions (foresight, motivation, partnership, future vision, systems thinking) on organizational development in the Arab Potash Company.
The researcher used descriptive research methodology and analytical field.
In terms of descriptive research, a desk survey was carried out, and the previous theoretical and field studies and research were conducted.
The final study sample reached (128) employees.
To test the hypotheses of the study, descriptive and analytical statistical methods were used, using the statistical package program (SPSS.20).
The most important results indicated the existence of a statistically significant effect at (α≤0.05) level of strategic intelligence in its dimensions in organizational development in the Arab Potash Company.
And based on the results of the study, it recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to pay attention to strategic intelligence as an important entry point to improve the performance of the Arab Potash Company because of its significant and effective impact on the quality of decisions related to the company's goals and the creation of organizational development in it.
