Arabic Abstract

مديري هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس لمهارات التفاوض في ادارة الصراع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة الكرك، وتحديد دلالة الفروق في إجابات عينة الدراسة لدرجة امتلاك مديري المدارس لمهارات التفاوض في ادارة الصراع التنظيمي وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي، وتم استخدام استبانة تكونت من (41) فقرة توزعت على ثلاثة مجالات هي (مرحلة التخطيط للتفاوض، ومرحلة أثناء التفاوض، ومرحلة ما بعد التفاوض)، حيث تم التحقق من دلالات صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (428) معلماً ومعلمة أختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة امتلاك المدارس لمهارات التفاوض في ادارة الصراع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة الكرك كانت ،متوسطة، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة المدارس لمهارات التفاوض في ادارة الصراع التنظيمي وذلك من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات كل من الجنس والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي، وفي ضوء النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تطوير قدرات مدراء المدارس لمهارات التفاوض في ادارة الصراع التنظيمي، وذلك من خلال عقد البرامج التدريبية المعدة لذلك، وأن يتم إعداد فريق مدرب ومؤهل على مهارات التفاوض في كل مدرسة، من أجل مساندة مدير المدرسة ومساعدته حال حدوث أي صراعات طارئة في المدرسة، مما يتطلب تدريب مديري المدارس على كيفية اختيار فريق التفاوض، واستخدام مهارات التفاوض بالشكل الأفضل حتى تكون مفيدة في إدارة الصراعات امتلاك مديري وحلها داخل المدارس.

English Abstract

The aim of the current study is to identify the degree to which school principals possess negotiation skills in managing organizational conflict from the teachers ’point of view in Karak Governorate, and to determine the significance of the differences in the study sample responses to the degree to which school principals possess negotiation skills in managing organizational conflict according to the variables of gender, experience, and academic qualification.

The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (41) items divided into three dimensions (the planning stage for negotiation, the stage during the negotiation, the post-negotiation stage), where the indications of validity and reliability were verified, and the study sample consisted of (428) teachers selected by the random cluster method.

The study found that the degree to which school principals possess negotiation skills in managing organizational conflict from the teachers ’point of view in Karak Governorate was moderate, and there were no statistically significant differences in the degree to which school principals possess negotiation skills in managing organizational conflict from the teachers’ point of view according to variables: gender, experience, and academic qualification, and the study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to develop the ability of school principals for negotiation skills in managing organizational conflict through training programs prepared for that purpose, and a trained and qualified team on negotiation skills in each school is needed in order to support the school principal and assist him/ her in the case of any emergency conflicts in the school which requires training school principals on how to choose the negotiation team and use negotiation skills in the best way to be beneficial in managing and resolving conflicts in schools.
