The research deals with collecting and studying the fundamentalist request evidenced by the hadith “La Nikah Illa Bewalli” (There is no marriage except with a guardian) The research also dealt with the introduction to each fundamentalist issue through a hadith inference (There is no marriage except with a guardian) to clarify it, and liberating the place of dispute in controversial issues, with their statements being mentioned therein, and the inference was mentioned by a hadith (There is no marriage except with a guardian) To his companions with an explanation of its significance and the position of inference with it, and mentioning the weighting with regard to the validity of this inference in the issue.
