Abstract EN

This study seeks to monitor the formations of the thresholds in the «euyun alqatat» anecdotal set, which is one of the first anecdotal sets that took care of the thresholds.

It tries to analyze the functions of the thresholds and reveal their implications, relying in all of this on the structural approach and some capabilities of the semiotic approach.

The study consisted of an introduction, a preliminary, and two chapters, one of which is on the semiotics of textual thresholds, and the second is on the functions of thresholds and their implications.

The study closed on a conclusion that included the most important findings and recommendations.

It is hoped that this study will be an addition in its field, and that I have achieved the goals that I was seeking.
