Arabic Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تفسير المنار ودوره في تعزيز الأمن الفكري من خلال تفسير آيات الجهاد و القتال، و قد اعتمدت الدراسة منهجاً مركباً من المنهج الاستقرائي، و المنهج التحليلي، و ذلك باستقراء و تحليل و دراسة تفسير آيات الجهاد و القتال في تفسير المنار.

و من أهم الأسئلة التي تسعى هذه الدراسة للإجابة عنها : 1.

كيف يمكننا تعزيز الأمن الفكري من خلال دراسة تفسير آيات الجهاد؟ 2.

.

ما أثر التفسير الصحيح على تشكيل عقلية القارئ عند تفسير آيات القتال؟ و قد اشتملت الدراسة على مقدمة و خمسة فصول، تضمن الفصل الأول التعريف بتفسير المنار، وبيان منزلته، و منهجه، و حياة مؤلفه، و تضمن الفصل الثاني بيان مفهوم الأمن الفكري، و أهميته، و مقوماته، و عوامل، ضعفه، و تضمن الفصل الثالث بيان مفهوم الجهاد و فلسفته، و منزلته في الإسلام، و تضمن الفصل الرابع دراسة الآيات التي اشتملت على مادة الجهاد و القتال و الحرب، بينما اشتمل الفصل الخامس على بيان طريقة و دور تفسير المنار في تعزيز الأمن الفكري، و ذلك من خلال تطبيق ما جاء في الفصل الرابع.

و قد توصل الباحث في هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها : 1.

لتحقيق الأمن الفكري لابد من توفر العلم الشرعي، و الإقناع بالعقل و الحجة العلمية.

2.

ليس الغرض من الحرب في الإسلام الانتقام و لا السعي لإذلال العباد ؛ ولكن لرد العدوان، و دفع الظلم و الموعظة و التربية بالاعتبار.

3.

الأمر بالغلظة على المقاتلين في زمن الحرب أمر طبيعي، مقبول عقلاً و شرعًا.

4.

القتال الديني أفضل من القتال المدني ؛ فالقتال الديني يقصد به الحق و العدل وحرية الدين، أما القتال المدني فإنه يقصد به الملك و العظمة، و تحكم القوي في الضعيف.

English Abstract

This research deals with the Interpretation of al-Manar and its role in enhancing intellectual security through the Interpretation of the verses of jihad and fighting.

The study adopted a combined approach from the inductive approach, and the methodogy, by extrapolating, analyzing and studying the Interpretation of the verses of jihad and fighting in the Interpretation of al-Manar.

The most important questions that this study seeks to answer: 1.

How do we respond to the orietalists'claims regarding the error in interpretating the verses of jihad? 2.

What is the effect of the correct interpretation on forming the mind of the reader when interpreting the fighting verses? The study included an introduction and five chapters.

The first one included the definition of al-Manar, it's status, it's methodology and the life of its author.

The second chapter included an explanation of the concept of jihad, it's philosophy and its status in Islam.

The fourth chapter included a study of the verses about jihad, fighting and war.

Whereas the fifth chapter included an explanation of the method and role of the Interpretation of al-Manar in enhancing intellectual security, through the application of what was mentioned in chapter four.

In this study, the readerchet reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1.

To achieve intellectual security, there must be legal knowledge and persuasion of reason and scientific argument.

2.

The purpose of war in Islam is neither revenge nor seeking to humiliate people.

But to.

respond to aggression and play injustice and sermon and education with consideration.

3.

Commanding the ruggedness of fighters in wartime is natural and acceptable in reason and law.

4.

Religious fighting is better than civil fighting, so religious killing means truth, justice and freedom of religion.

Civil fighting means justice, greatness and the strong's rule over the weak.
